In addition to our optional subscriptions, Fixrli charges the following fees on a per-job basis to operate our secure payment system and provide support.
Facilitation Fee: A 3.5% + $1.00 facilitation fee is added to each job you award. This fee helps cover the costs of payment processing and platform services. (A minimum fee of $5.00 applies to all jobs.)
Commission Fee: A commission is deducted from your final payout for each completed job. This fee is calculated using graduated tiers, similar to a tax bracket system. This means different rates apply to different portions of the total job cost, ensuring a fair commission that always scales smoothly with the job size.

We charge a transparent, sliding-scale commission on completed jobs, starting at 5% for smaller jobs and decreasing for larger projects. This fee helps us operate the platform and provide support.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated and happen instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Our paid plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts required.
