Cancellation Policy

A job may be cancelled by a Property Owner at any time before a bid is awarded. Once a bid is awarded and a service agreement is formed, cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon between the Property Owner and the Contractor.

If a deposit has been paid through the Fixrli platform, any cancellation by the Property Owner may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as outlined in the Contractor’s terms within the agreed-upon Statement of Work. Fixrli’s service fees associated with any processed deposit payments are non-refundable.”

Fixrli facilitates payments between Property Owners and Contractors through our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. As such, Fixrli does not hold funds and is not responsible for issuing refunds.

All requests for refunds must be resolved directly between the Property Owner and the Contractor based on their agreed-upon contract or Statement of Work. In the event of a dispute, users can report the issue to Fixrli. While we do not arbitrate disputes, we will review the matter in accordance with our Terms of Use and may take action on a user’s account status.

Chargebacks initiated by a Property Owner through their credit card issuer will be handled according to the procedures of our payment processor, Stripe.

Return Policy

As Fixrli facilitates services and not the sale of physical goods, a traditional return policy is not applicable.
