Welcome to the Fixrli community! Our mission is to connect great Clients with skilled, professional Contractors to get jobs done right. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and reliable experience for everyone. By using Fixrli, you agree to follow these guidelines, which are part of our Terms of Use .

Guidelines for Everyone
1. Honesty and Transparency
- Represent Yourself Accurately: Whether you are a Client or a Contractor, your profile should be truthful. Contractors must not misrepresent their skills, licenses, or experience.
- Post Clear and Truthful Job Details: Clients should provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the work needed, including any specific challenges or conditions.
- Post Genuine Reviews: All reviews should be honest, based on firsthand experience, and free of bias or extortion.
2. Professionalism and Quality
- Respect Property and People: Contractors should treat a Client’s property with care. Clients should provide a safe and respectful work environment for Contractors.
- Honor Your Commitments: Show up on time and complete work as agreed upon. If delays are unavoidable, communicate them promptly.
- Deliver Quality Work: Contractors are expected to perform services to generally accepted industry standards.
3. Clear and Respectful Communication
- Be Responsive: Respond to messages and requests in a timely manner.
- Keep it Professional: All communications must be free of harassment, hate speech, threats, and any form of discrimination.
- Keep Communication On-Platform: All job-related communication should stay within the Fixrli messaging system. This protects both parties by creating a clear record of all agreements and discussions, which is essential for our Dispute Resolution Policy.
4. Platform Integrity
- Do Not Take Business Off-Platform: We strictly prohibit any action to circumvent our payment system. This includes exchanging personal contact information for the purpose of making or receiving payment outside of the Fixrli platform. This policy protects the security of all transactions and allows us to offer our support services.
- Use Information Responsibly: You may only use information from other users for the purpose of your Fixrli job. Do not use it for unsolicited marketing or any other purpose.
- One Account Per Person: Do not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent our policies or mislead other users.
Enforcement
Violating any of these guidelines can undermine the trust and safety of our community. When we become aware of a violation, we may take action, including:- Issuing a formal warning.
- Temporarily suspending account privileges.
- Permanently terminating the account and removing the user from the platform.
