- By any third party, including through any third-party website, application, or service that may be linked to or integrated with the Services; or

If you use Fixrli Direct or other payment-related features as a guest or without creating an account (“Guest User”), we may collect information such as your email address, telephone number, and transaction-related communications or receipts. If payment information is submitted through a third-party payment processor, that information is collected and processed by the applicable processor and is not stored by us.
- Communications, including information you provide when contacting us for customer support, responding to surveys, submitting feedback, using our chat or AI-assisted features, or otherwise communicating with us.
- Location information, including precise or approximate location information that you choose to provide or that may be collected through location-enabled features of the Services.
- Visual and image information, including photographs, videos, profile images, project images, and other visual information uploaded or submitted through the Services.
- Integration information, including information received from or transmitted to third-party services that you choose to connect with the Services, such as payment processors, authentication providers, accounting software, or other business software integrations.
- Information submitted for processing, including project information, bids, project documentation, communications, statements of work, payment-related information, support communications, and other information you submit through the Services in connection with project management, payment processing, artificial intelligence features, or other functionality.
- Device, usage, and technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, device configuration, internet connection information, clickstream information, pages and features accessed, dates and times of access, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), cookie identifiers, referral information, and other usage and diagnostic information regarding how you access and use the Services.
- Inferences, including information derived from the information described above regarding your preferences, characteristics, interests, activities, or use of the Services.
We may also collect statistical or aggregated information that does not directly identify a specific individual. Automatically Through Our Services
As you navigate through and interact with the Services, we may automatically collect the device, usage, and technical information described above through cookies, server logs, web beacons, analytics tools, and other similar technologies.
Using automatic collection technologies helps us operate, maintain, secure, improve, and personalize the Services and better understand how users interact with the Services.

We may also receive information from service providers that support the operation of the Services, such as authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, artificial intelligence service providers, communications providers, security or fraud prevention providers, and other business service providers. In addition, we may receive information from third parties at your direction or with your authorization, such as when you choose to sign in to the Services using a third-party authentication provider.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:
